One treatment from the selected tier must be redeemed each month.

 

Rollover for treatment is only valid during 6 month active membership period.

 

If a member would like to try a treatment from another tier, discounted pricing will apply.

 

Upon registering for a membership, initial payment is required for the first month. Payment will be automatically drafted from card on file on the same purchase date each month for 6 consecutive months.

 

Memberships will not automatically renew. Please contact us for assistance in renewing or upgrading.
